Please refer to our policy guidelines below and feel free to contact us if you have further questions. We offer two (2) simple levels of service for shipping to Australia, with great rates that get your titles to you fast!

Delivery to Australia

All orders can be dispatched free of charge. Select ‘Free Shipping’ on checkout.

Free Option
Shipped via Australia Post (4-7 business days) and Toll Road Express (1-12 business days). Please allow additional time for rural and remote locations.

Express Option
Shipped via Australia Post Express, delivered metro usually within 3 business days. Please allow additional time for rural and remote locations.

Orders are usually dispatched same day from our warehouse. Some orders may take up to three days to dispatch during holiday periods. Tracking is provided on all orders.

Global Delivery

All international orders are dispatched via Australia Post – rates displayed at checkout. Please contact us if you would prefer another carrier as we have account with other major services. Please allow 1-3 days for goods to be dispatched.

Additional Details

Authority to leave

All parcels are delivered with the authority to leave on site as per Australia Post and Toll policy. Please ensure safe and secure passage for authority to leave parcels.

Post Office (PO) Boxes

All parcels can be delivered to PO boxes. Transit Times Transit times are a guide only. Most deliveries are delivered within their expected timeframe – however delays do occur. Please select ‘express’ for the fastest delivery option or contact us to organise an overnight courier (surcharge applies).

Backorders

The Aviation Book Company makes it a priority to stock all listed items, and will notify you if your item is on backorder (on product page, in checkout and via email). Customers can see if an item is on backorder on checkout. We will endeavour to contact customers with a timeframe for goods on backorder. We will wait till all of your items become in-stock before dispatching your order. For split-deliveries, additional charges may apply.

Despatch Time

We process orders same- or next-day Monday to Friday (exc. Tasmanian and national public holidays).

Order Details and Incorrect Details

You can login to your online account any time to view your order status. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order details.

Our business hours are 9am-5pm AEST, 7am-3pm AWST and 11pm-7am UTC/GMT excluding weekends and holidays in Tasmania.
No delays in warehouse. Shipments leaving next-day.
